Terrible shady business practices. I had already cancelled my account with them. They charged me for a whole year a month later for the next year. Many back and forth trying to get a refund for a service I did not even have, they simply refused to refund and don`t reply anymore. I gladly cancelled my other two accounts with Chicago VPS as a result. I would stay away from both these companies. Much better options out there.

Stay away from these guys. I`ve been a customer with them for about a year and I had to threaten them before they gave me another ip after my site was down for about 2 months. Recently my website would go down and up and the server was really slow and I was forced to move to another host and they refuse to give my my money back and they basically stole my money. If you want a reliable service switch to hostripples the longest i`ve waited for support with these host ripples was 15 minutes and with 123systems I have tickets that has sat unanswered till this day.

I have now hosted over several years with 5 different hosting companies as I had yet to find a hosting company like 123systems that cares enough to update continuously.
123systems is my last and final hosting company and I YES would recommend 123systemsr to anyone who is looking for an affordable, progressive up-to-date host.
