Aquiss customer service is nothing short of gold dust. Three times now has Martin helped me with tech stuff that were the problem of somebody else. First problem was BT, and then two Netgear issues. He didn`t have to help me with these, but he did. The internet service is also excellent, and not once in the last fifteen months have I had any issues. The net I receive is not only fast, but also reliable, and for a gamer, that`s absolutely crucial. Also throw in the fact of my disability, and the internet is often my only connection to the outside world. Going with Aquiss is one of the best decisions I`ve made.
