Cloud9 was THE most MISERABLE experience for the short time they hosted. We just could not access our Quickbooks software.
..... and even though Cloud9 service NEVER WORKED CORRECTLY, they REFUSED TO REFUND!
Over and over, it felt like infinite hours on hold trying to get tech services to get us access to our software. Often 30 minutes on hold, then transferred, to another 30 minutes of hold time. Our team members were on hold as long as 1-1/2 hours, and still there was no help accessing software.
On a positive note: We found a wonderful host that is the exact opposite of Cloud9. They gave us a 30 day free trial and we have been with them ever since. Plus our new host has 24/7/365 tech services. The longest we have ever waited on hold was maybe 2 minutes! We so are very thankful to RTCS Hosting after the horrible Cloud9 experience!
