Technical support team are an absolute bunch of morons. They will tell you things are done when they are not, tell you things can`t be done when they can, and then after a weeks worth of back and forth e-mails they`ll do exactly what you asked them to do in the original e-mail, which at the time they said was impossible. I`ve had maybe 4 or 5 problems with Cloud Mega since they took over our web hosting, and each one of them took almost a week to fix, with the eventual fix being something that should have taken 30 seconds for anyone who actually knows what they are doing. I cannot recommend this service on any level.
