I have dealt with them for several years from different postition and from a quality point of view there where never complaints. But unfortunately they have changed their billing policy in a surprising and not very customer-oriented way that makes it for small companies nearly impossible to handle their site due to heavy minimal fees they ask for. I was very disappointed about this cultural change withhin Escapenet and will change the provider therefore.

I have several domains hosted by Escapenet and have been with them for over three years. I have had extremely positive experience with their customer support and that`s really important to me as I am not a professional. The customer support folks are really patient

I have been with Escapenet since last two years and have at various times had to call on their support and/or technical knowledge. I figured after 2 years of excellent service I should write a review! In that time I cannot think of a problem that support did not attend to promptly. I am also happy with uptime and their pricing and have often recommended them to friends and business associates.
