Unethical, deceiving, and misleading are a few words I use to describe ``ideahost.com``. Not only was their server slower than a 100 year old tortoise, the customer service was a nightmare. After purchasing their product, I attempted to create a website to no avail. No, this was not due to my technical naivety, this was due to their unresponsive server. I decided that this website builder just wasn`t for me. Luckily for me they offered a ``no-questions-asked 45-day money back guarantee``. Boy was a wrong. Attempting to cancel my recent purchase for a full refund took several (6) conversations with a customer service rep, and in the end I didn`t get my full refund. They stated that the ``free`` domain really wasn`t ``free`` to them and that they didn`t want to take the hit for it, so I would be charged $15 for that. Then to top it off they witheld an extra $10 because my product came with a ``security feature`` that could not be refunded. Bunch of crap. Theif, liars and cheats. DO NOT CHOOSE IDEAHOST.COM as a host for your website platform. Bad idea to say the least.
