I`ve been with Stormweb for a year now, and I am completely satisfied with the service. Stormweb provides a solid service at a reasonable cost (I switched from another web host that was just as good, but cost a lot more). Other than a bit of confusion transferring my domains, I have had no difficulties configuring various services through cPanel and the client area. The few times I needed it (when I first signed up), support was prompt and helpful. I like Stormweb and plan to stick with them, and I have recommended them to others.

Their live chat support is a good as its available when I need it. Overall, I would appreciate their Customer Care Service; they always gave the good and valid response in a nice manner, they answer the questions and solve the issues.
