Unfortunately our website originally was built by whoever Bookwhirl subcontracted out to and I was never given any log ins or other info. I am based in the USA. Every time I have tried to get my website updated Victory (based in Australia I believe) has been IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of for basic tech info that the website techs needed. Now my website has been down for weeks and I have NO WAY to get this sorted out without the logins I never received. I really don`t know how they do business.
