vivaciti are an appalling isp provider. STAY VERY WELL CLEAR OF J & V trading (Vivaciti) Carl and Vivaciti are SCAMMERS< Con people and abuse customers - search google for other complaints & unhappy ex-Customers.. I was cut off because BT contacted them requesting the internet disconnect and vivaciti has been bombarding me with e-mails, threats, abusive, admitting on the phone BT was to blame and agreed when I said it`s not right I did not request the disconnect, BT did & they agreed about 5 times it was BT at fault and agreed it was unfair. Yet they pester & bombard me with e-mails requesting I pay the disconnection fee. nd I had already paid for my ONE month ISP subscription but they cut me off after a few days due to BT request. So infact vivaciti/Carl robbed/ stole my £20 for the month. Or was it classed as a vivaciti SCAM? Because I paid for a service I NEVER even got. Clearly Carl is a robbing B**Ta*D who steal money from customers, Has an externally Poor customer relations. Before all this I keep losing my broadband connection, and vivaciti kept telling me it`s my fault, problem and blamed my router, told me to get a new one. When all the time it was nothing to do with my router. As it kept happening when I brought a new one as suggested by them.
